I live in Warrawee in the northern part of Sydney but have been planning a tree change for the last year or so, We have recent sold our home and later in July we are moving to Lorn, a little village on the Hunter close to Maitland. We have had a few tree changes in the past including beef cattle at Canyonleigh and racehorse spelling and agistment at Yarramalong .We looked in the Hunter for a rural landholding but most contained vineyards so we decided to buy an old home which wasn't going to be a bottomless pit financially.

I did teach in the country at Braidwood Central School for a few years until I married a Sydney publican and moved to teach in Sydney. We have had various businesses in hospitality and tourism both in and out of Sydney for many years. I have just retired from a casual job in Customer Service I have had for the past eleven years at a Forbes Carlile Swim School in Sydney and may look for something else in the future. For now we are just planning our new life in the country.

Had three children, now aged 31,28 and 25, all happy. None married, no grandchildren!

I have only kept in regular contact with Ruth Ingram and Steve Maitland since school and have not even been to Canberra since my parents died some years ago. Recently I met up with Ian Hill, whom I discovered lived only a kilometre away !!! Such is the power of nostalgia!

Looking forward so much to seeing everyone again. Kate Strachan has booked accommodation for Ruth, Danielle and myself in Forrest.
